Diana Meisenhelter is recognized as a leader and a strategic thinker in the staffing and recruiting community. With over seventeen years experience and knowledge of corporate staffing and recruiting, she has been responsible for directing global staffing functions through the development and implementation of resources in recruitment, selection, diversity and placement of talent into service-based organizations.
Currently, Diana is Principal at
Riviera Advisors, a highly specialized Management Consulting firm specialized in helping companies to improve and enhance their internal recruiting and staffing capabilities. Prior to Riviera, Ms. Meisenhelter held the position of Vice President of Staffing and Talent Acquisition for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel management companies. She was also the Director of Worldwide Recruitment for Westin Hotels & Resorts, American General Hospitality and Embassy Suites, Inc. Prior to the hospitality industry, Ms. Meisenhelter worked in other industries such as healthcare, executive search and retail.
Ms. Meisenhelter received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland in College Park and an Associates of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany. Ms. Meisenhelter is Co-President of the At-Large Chapter for the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment, sits on the professional advisory board of Savoy Professional magazine, and is active in the Council on Hospitality and Restaurant Institutional Educators, Society for Human Resource Management and the Employment Management Association. Diana is based in Dallas, Texas.
